How to install an ESiM

[1] First, your Smartphone or Device must support eSIM

[2] Go to your Smartphone or Device ‘’Settings’’

[3] Navigate to ‘Mobile Plan’’ or ‘’Mobile DATA’’ or ‘’ Mobile Service’’

[4] Turn on your Smartphone or Device Camera and face directly on the QR Code that is printed on the PDF or PNG file you downloaded or if printed on a Cardboard or Paper mailed to you.

[5] Tap or Click ‘Mobile Plan’’ or ‘’Mobile DATA’’ or ‘’ Mobile Service’’

[6] Your eSIM is will be successfully installed in your Smartphone or Device.

[7] You will see a message displays on your Smartphone or Device screen for your newly installed eSIM on a roaming network in the country you are located. Your Global eSIM UK Phone number may also display on your Smartphone or Device screen.

[8] You will also receive an SMS shortly with your Global eSIM UK Phone number.

[9] If can then purchase or top up airtime credit for your eSIM account and use as Pay As You GO plan for DATA, VOICE or SMS if your eSIM did not initially come with a prepaid Airtime Credit.

[10] You can also purchase/subscribe for any of our DATA bundles by going to our website or through your eSIM CONTROL PANEL or Self-Care Portal to purchase or subscribe for a DATA bundle.
